I just dreamt that the cast of @dimension20.bsky.social went to a Montessori elementary school and wrote odes as kids there. The only one I remember is Lou's: An Ode to a Very Good Boy (it had an attached school pic of him looking so incredibly happy)

My spicy take: yes I'm upset that Critical Roll isn't using #Daggerheart. I've heard the arguments and I can understand them but it does feel like a slap in the face.

Thank god for bluesky because I don't have nearly enough people in my life who can appreciate how INCREDIBLY EXCITING the news from @brennanleemulligan.bsky.social is!!! I will watch him GM any system at all and his campaigns for CR already have been some of the best live play I've ever seen.

Love the choice to do campaign frames rather than prewritten adventures.
Every DND prewrite I've run has not survived contact with actual players and I put in a ton of work rewriting them.
Frames are such an elegant fix. They give you a broad plot outline and setting but the middle is open-ended.

What's been super interesting last two weeks is reaction of right-leaning colleagues realizing that the face-eating leopard party does, in fact, intend to eat THEIR faces. The party released a whole manifesto about exactly the manner in which faces would be eaten, but DOING it is somehow a shock
