The failures of Schoen and Gettleman are quite different. The latter didn't understand positional value, and just kept screwing up the OL. The former has a few high profile draft busts, and people are mad that he let Saquon and X go. Worst is mismanaging the bottom of the roster.

@nickbpss.bsky.social I've seen games here and there, but Caleb just...isn't good. Like, maybe someone like Payton can make him an effective game manager, but it's incredible how much better Daniels and Maye here.

@nickbpss.bsky.social I actually kind of liked Cam Thomas last with better players around him, before he got hurt. But on a bad team, hoo boy, every horrible habit he has is being encouraged.

Pre registering my trade deadline takes. Evan Neal was GREAT at run blocking at RT last year, but can't pass block at all. Jalin Hyatt was solid as a rookie, but started pouting after they drafted Nabors, and was never the same.

I realize this will bite me bc Shane Bowen is a bad DC, but Bo Nix is the worst QB I've ever seen who's an unquestioned starter with no threat to his job. And I watched Daniel Jones on the Giants.

Jaxson Dart had to play over Russ at this point, but he looked to me today like a rich man's DeVito. Maybe he can have some playoff runs, but it seems impossible to envision him as a Super Bowl winning QB.
