Crater Lake a National Park with a pristine volcanic lake that has but one trail down to the actual lake that is crawling with people. 22 miles of shoreline and you can only access about 1/3 mile of it along with the horde.

The annoyance of a leaf blower outweighs any benefit that it performs. Thought while seeing this view and listening to a leaf blower.

The size of the redwoods is so difficult to capture on film. I find myself staring up into the sky to fully see them.

Went for a 9 mile trail run with a good 2k of vert yesterday. I'd done the run plenty of times but it was the first time taking my son.

This is the running book I'm currently reading. Probably wouldn't recommend it, especially if your not coaching. It has some good nuggets in it but also is a bit too Christian for me
