I'm playing with #dotnet 10 and their file based apps so "dotnet run app.cs" and need debugging. I'm surprised it doesn't just work in VS 2026. What do you need to do to debug into a c# single file app either in #vscode or the real deal #vs2026 ?

Got a decent trail #run in today, felt pretty good. Has been a bit since I've been able to get out and run my own pace as most of my running time is spent coaching

This was the quote I shared with my athletes this last week. Very often when we start something it feels daunting. Keep going

In life there are soo many things to be interested in. Balance occurs when you have a number of interests and no single one consumes you. Greatness rarely occurs unless you become committed or obsessed with one and stick with it for a long time.

I find this question interesting as I'll probably never PR again in life unless I find an obscure distance that I've not yet ran.
#RunChat Q1: What PR is most special to you?

This junk in my lungs has made #running this last week a bit rough but still felt good to get out this morning on the trails.

Crater Lake a National Park with a pristine volcanic lake that has but one trail down to the actual lake that is crawling with people. 22 miles of shoreline and you can only access about 1/3 mile of it along with the horde.

The annoyance of a leaf blower outweighs any benefit that it performs. Thought while seeing this view and listening to a leaf blower.

The size of the redwoods is so difficult to capture on film. I find myself staring up into the sky to fully see them.
