I was in Rome a few months ago, and ran most mornings on the pedestrian/ cycle path along the river. Have to say I found it quite orderly. Didn’t do much running through the streets though!

That was a great run. I also retired after this year’s Dublin Marathon (just like I did last year & the year before) 🤣

Well the wind & rain started after about 5km and stayed for the whole race but I’m happy to have finished in one piece. I did manage a PB which was originally set when I was significantly younger (in your face me in my 40’s!). Support was brilliant, laughed out loud at some of the signs.
