Having an awful customer service experience with #AmericanAirlines. We were note showed on a flight because there wasn’t a stamp on our passports while they allowed our friends with the exact same passport to board.
They treated us rudely. Now, they are refusing to refund our fares.

I would avoid flying on @americanair.bsky.social. They are heartless, have terrible customer service at the gates. They came very close to destroying a life transforming vacation for my wife and me. They didn’t care.

Confused by what constitutes an “easy” run? If you can run while breathing only through your nose, your effort is not too hard: an easy run.

When you get sick and can’t train, keep moving around. Go slow but move. When you can, run slow, until you feel right again.

Today, I did a “flux” workout. 4 miles of 800m a bit slower than threshold and 800m a bit faster. I enjoy the challenge of changing paces during the work. A good run!!

My take, essentially, is that we could be weeks or maybe even days away from the disintegration of the rule of federal law in this country. At some point this administration is going to stop obeying court orders. What then? Nothing good.
If I were the one who had made up the title of this episode, I would have added “—Or Not” to it. And with some emphasis on the “not.”
