In hindsight it looks pristine, Enjoy! Just a heads-up the dome of the BGE gets hotter than grill level so the Pastor can dry out/burn on top -I tent with HD foil if it starts to get extra toasty

I’ve made it at least 4 times “Better Fry than Dry” it’s perfectly safe if determine the displacement of liquid caused by the bird using water the day before then mark that as the oil fill level for the next day - no overflow, no raging inferno
