Temperatures starting to dip at night so it’s Chile Pepper harvest time: Shishito (for powder) 4 Types of Habanero Orange (2 plants very prolific). Red harvested 4 from one plant very hot and White harvested 3 from one plant also extremely hot. Time to freeze them for salsa until next summer.

Year 3 with the Tomato Mill home canning 3 Hampers made 35 L of Passata - (21 x 1L/29 x 500mL jars plus sauce for dinner) - took the better part of 2 days

Trent Reznor/NIN put on a great show if you’re on the fence about buying tickets. It’s my 3rd concert 1995 (Bowie/NIN) with my brother & friend Piggy(RIP), 2006 with my brother and ‘baby sister’ (London ON) and 2025 with my Brother, Sister and Niece in TO - just a wall of sound, love it!

I wasn’t convinced until I bought this brand, 4 is just enough for 2 person household, oddly long shelf-life(even after opening), they take about 30s-1m to toast on the gas grill or Bagel mode in the toaster.
