Prompt injection means email viruses are back. A researcher found a security vulnerability where you send an email with hidden instructions which when CoPilot scans the email, executes and then hides the source of the instructions.

I like how so much of sci-fi stories about AI have been like "what if AI was sentient but corporations didn't want you to find out to save their profits" and the reality is the complete opposite. Their AI sucks shit but they desperately want you to believe it's a sentient slave
