My parents no longer have a record player, and have kept only a handful of records for nostalgic reasons. You've got to hold onto the classics.

In my mid-thirties I gave up alcohol. In my mid-forties I think it's going to have to be salty foods, especially after 8pm. On the road to water and gruel to keep me going.

I'm pretty sure this is going to put Hard Bouled into the lead for films I've bought on multiple formats. Pretty sure this makes it VHS, VCD, DVD, and now 4k.

Disney+ has started having sync issues, I think. A couple of times a minute it seems to skip a few frames as if to catch up. Is this some kind of obsolete TV bullshit? It's streaming over a Google TV which I hoped would mean we'd avoid that.

Yeeeess! I've wanted a remaster of this for a long time, and now that I have zero time for watching films I can't wait to occasionally look at the spine on the shelf and think "One day, when I retire..."

If you're putting out a digital comic, please open it on your phone and take a look before sending it out. Exporting a PDF at 72DPI and shoving the compression to max doesn't make for a good experience.

Generating ideas for series using GenAI. Expanding those ideas into a season arc using GenAI. Summarising those arcs into synopsis using GenAI. Asking GenAI for projected viewing figures based on the synopsis. Passing on it because it doesn't look like it'd be popular.

There's a sign up in the dentist's waiting room saying "22 hours lost to missed appointments this month". Forty five minutes after my appointment was due to start, they tell me they're running behind and I'll need to come back later. I round up and adjust the sign to 23.
