Eggplants (aubergines) have been grown for thousands of years, first in India & China before spreading worldwide. They love warm soil 18°C+, full sun & rich, drained soil. Keep them well-watered, mulch to retain moisture & stake tall varieties. Pick when glossy for best flavor! #eggplant #gardening
