AAPI voters will help decide control of the House in 2026. They are growing fastest in the very suburban districts that tip close races. Campaigns that still treat AAPI outreach as optional are making a strategic error. (Long rant incoming)

AAPI Voters Are Making Their Voices Heard. Will Candidates Stop and Listen?
Candidates can no longer afford to overlook the AAPI community’s political power or its expectations for real representation.

Unidentified men grabbing someone off the street and putting her in a car because she wrote an op-Ed. This as flatly authoritarian as anything we’ve seen in this country in a very long time.
Video of the international student at Tufts being arrested by "federal authorities" in Massachusetts has been released and it's terrifying.

They're not even uniformed officers. Just secret police thugs in hoodies and masks.

I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable.

Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.

Virtually every swing district House Dem walked the plank to vote NO for a reason.

"We have to fight back. If our party isn't willing to stand up and resist, how will anyone believe that we will fight for them when we regain power? We have a new oligarchy controlling the government. This isn't the top 1%, this is the top 1/100th of the 1%!" - DNC chair @kenmartin.bsky.social
The fight going on in the Democratic Party right now is not between hard left, left and moderate. It’s between those who want to fight and those who want to cave. And Team Fight stretches across all ideological aspects of the Party. Misread this at your own peril.

Not just young members of Congress... I don't think folks understand how MAD young voters are with the current #DemocraticParty. All they want is someone to fight for them, and instead they're being abandoned. They're poised to leave the party for good if they have not already. 🚨 big warning
Schumer’s Retreat From a Government Shutdown Has Young Democrats Fuming (Gift Article)
A generational divide, seen in newer lawmakers’ impatience with bipartisanship and for colleagues who don’t understand new media, has emerged as one of the deepest rifts within the party.

If you understand that apartheid was an economic system first, and a brutally violent system of social segregation second, you'll understand how Elon Musk is trying to update the principles from his homeland, and bring about a neo-apartheid system in the US.

Elon Musk’s Vision Is Coming Into Focus—And It Looks a Lot Like Neo-Apartheid
Apartheid was, first and foremost, a business plan—one that the South African-born Musk seems to be reworking for the modern age.

Oligarchs like Elon Musk know politics is about power.

They also know that unions build the kind of real democratic power—for all of us, not just union members—that keeps oligarchs in check.

Will we reclaim that power?
