Weekly: 3-4 easy runs, 1 long (easy) run, 1 tempo/threshold run and 1 intervals :)

Do not look at the pace at all. Just focus on keeping your HR low (Zone 2 or “conversational pace”). Give yourself enough time to build the aerobic base and be consistent. Keep in mind that the heat affects HR and is normal to have higher HR at the same intensity compared to colder weather.
