Why are Trump supporters not wanted ? You dont have to follow them. You can block them. You can filter words. Don’t you want @bsky.app to have all perspectives ? I certainly do.

I hope we do better than that on this platform. Calling half the country dumb, uneducated or in a cult is not productive or useful. Let’s not be the mirror image of twitter by continuing with that nonsense on here.
I feel mislead by all dystopian literature. It's supposed to be a powerful authoritarian government that lords over a cowering population, and and we just need need a few brave acts of heroism to give the people the courage to rise up.

Just joined today and I gotta say, love what I'm seeing so far...good mix and balance of opinion. I'm sure the haters are on the way so we'll have to see how this platform handles it along with misinformation but I'm hopeful 🤞
