#TakeAHikeDay reminds me of my hike that featured a hike with a 32-foot ladder climb, a narrow tunnel crawl & a steep exit up the cliff face via additional ladders & stone steps. The experience was physically demanding but unforgettable. It's been 40 years, but remember it as if it was yesterday.🚶‍♀️🫶✌️
