Yesterday's #boardgames was Dinosaur Island. We have the lucky special fan-made dino meeples for extra fun. I won - spouse had too many hooligans and deaths.

Battle map of a lot of trenches with some circular (blood bowl) tokens denoting where 5 reliquaries are. The trenches are nicely crisscrossy and there isn't a single line of sight across the whole table. Five obscenely coloured structures are visible, one cathedral ruin, two small bunkers, and two pillboxes. Yuzbasi captain and Janissary companion advancing through the trenches. Janissary on top of a trench side claiming a reliquary to a backdrop of a bunker, a pillbox and a crisp bag (chilli oil flavour, it was really good). The reliquary looks suspiciously like a poker chip

Very hench and loud looking golem with renaissance kit: big three-layered shoulder plates, vertically striped puffy shorts like were fashionable on kids for half a week in 1977, a crenellated loincloth and a big old belt with a couple of skulls with a piece of rope in between.

The #BloodBowl Skaven I've been working on. I'm really pleased with how they came out. Some of the best sculpts in the 3rd edition range.

Pictures of dudes with mining uniforms and power tools stood on Alien inspired bases. They all have a weird mottled pattern on their backs, heada and shoulders. Probably some Alien gene caused dandruff or eczema. That's what you get for messing with genes

Absolutely love Altered Carbon. Some of the best Dystopian Sci-Fi/Cyberpunk ever made for the small screen. It's just a shame it ended after one season and they never made more.
