After a few months I guess my body is ready to play a new videogame.

Clarice Lispector didn’t write to explain the world—she wrote to feel it. Today’s #FaceLift entry explores her mystic logic, outsider language, and why AI can mimic grammar but not soul.

FAce-lIft Continuation XV: Clarice Lispector
I made paintings. Tech advanced I let the algorithm chew on them. fAce-lIft™ is what happened when I asked AI to distort, not dictate — to echo, not replace. The result? Something almost beautiful, slightly haunted, and very much still mine. If that makes you uncomfortable... good. Come look anyway.

I do love Emacs but I had to go back to a JetBrains IDE as nothing beats their tools for my workflow, unfortunately. It’s well spent money even though I would love to use an open source tool that’s on the same level.

I want an emacs t-shirt. That would be cool.

Finalmente consegui o meu diagnóstico de autismo. Ao mesmo tempo em que um peso enorme sai das minhas costas, pairando sobre a minha cabeça fica a pergunta: e agora?

I never rode a fixed gear bike and now I wonder how it is like.

Glad to inform that I have a working emacs setup. It's been working OK for go and rust though I expect more adjustments to be made for the next 20 years or so.

Spent the 25th eating leftovers and hacking at the computer. It was great.

Reached a point where I got pretty unhappy with my current set of tools (JetBrains' IDEs mostly) so for the past three days I've been doing nothing but learning Emacs.

The initial experience around here has been better than the one I had on Threads and it finally dawned on me that's all because of video (or the lack thereof). There's so much video on Threads it gets overwhelming. Here's hoping BlueSky remains a safe haven for text like old Twitter was. 🤞
