I bought one of those HDMI for the DOL-101 and apart from the wrong instructions (the DET pin goes into a diff point [up left of cap]) and some very small issues with the image (some jailbars but almost invisible at 1080p), it is good enough. Wish it had vanilla gcvideo firmware though. Hows yours?

also not discussed how different driver versions will be handled, linux/steam deck users (ha!), patching, new hardware, new windows versions, etc. This is a big step back and another way to control what users can do. Ugh.

yeah, looks like they had a prototype for stencil shadows on the original code and used that where it worked. The lighting model though is reaaaally weird and the lack of ANY AO makes it even more weird
