Made marmellata di limone. All the internet recipes called for a 2:1 sugar lemon ratio. At the 1.3 kg of sugar stage I decided it was plenty sweet. Meaning I had to boil it for twice as long as it called for and only got about half the yield. I regret nothing. Still 3 dozen lemons left. Suggestions?
