If those in power are arresting and punishing / deporting without due process, including legal residents, they are an enemy of the Constitution and thus an enemy of the country. When I joined the army, I took an oath to protect the U S. from "all enemies, foreign and domestic." Get out and protest.

Holy crap. The DOJ is arguing that the President can unilaterally deport anyone he wants without ANY statutory authority, just on his inherent authority as President over national security.
That is a terrifying claim to make and not one that has ever been recognized before in US history.
