Next step: one of the citizens they detained needs to file suit in Federal court. Strip them of their qualified immunity. Get a court order barring ICE from conducting raids that violate citizens’ fourth amendment rights.
These raids are going to produce some indelible images along the lines of Tiananmen Square or Elian Gonzalez, to the country’s perpetual shame.
