Really enjoyed this episode. Overall I liked the film, but I wish it had leaned into the narrative perspectives a bit more. Feels like the creature is a bit too sympathetic during the section labelled Victor’s Tale

It’s a shame they discontinued this promise for new customer years back. I’ve just sent mine off to get repaired and whilst still cheaper than new shoes (and no need to break in again) it still cost about as much as some shoes do from other brands

This was the first real test of our design tokens in product and it was pretty damn successful. Meant that we were able to change a lot more of the product to meet the rebrand than we'd initially expected, which was super exciting.
