A really solid week of movies with the last couple of films I caught at London Film Festival - Sholay in particular was great fun. Fantastic restoration that really deserved that IMAX screening #LastFourWatched

Whilst the Springsteen biopic was a bit of a disappointment, London Film Festival has been treating me very well.

Still feeling incredibly grateful for having seen the legendary Haruomi Hosono live this weekend. A really fantastic set that seemed to offer a little of everything from his career and with a good dose of humour too.

Mixed bag this week with a couple of pretty middling films, an interesting short by one of my favourite directors, and Trenque Lauquen - a 4 hour long film I already know I want to watch again. #LastFourWatched

Started the week with some great films (on film) at the BFI. Amadeus in 70mm was a real treat. Ended the week with the rather disappointing Tornado.

Last night felt like a real bucket list moment. Saw Joe Hisaishi conducting the Princess Mononoke Suite and Symphony No 2 at Royal Albert Hall. Just absolutely wonderful from start to finish
