True story. I think he made a Gamera reference so I asked if he was an MST3k fan, and we had an hour long conversation about our favorite episodes.
MST3K got me married. Like literally. Went to a party and this hot goth girl in my friend's fiction writing class enthusiastically talked to me about the show despite me wearing a black kimono and a beret and smelling like Gary, IN cause I got lost getting there. (Yeah I was doing a lot).
Today in 1988 Mystery Science Theater 3000 premiered on KTMA in St. Paul Minnesota. #MST3K
