It reeks of crocodile tears and a bid to be reelected. Understand that when I say she’s being genuine and trying to turn over a new lead, I don’t believe that she will. That said, I want it to be true.

Let’s assume good intentions. I don’t, but let’s just pretend. She has a laundry list of shit she needs to do. Making an open apology where everyone can see it is one thing. Quietly coming before people she’s wronged and apologizing without an audience is what would matter.
