Crying while watching Danny Dyer lead a meditation session in a room full of amazingly lovely people on #theassembly was not on my TV bingo card for 2025. I was in pieces by the time movin on up hit the chorus. Great telly.

Give your ears a happy inch and listen to Alex.

As a 1.3x speed listener, while getting jobs done type listener, this is one of the rare 1x listens, a sit down and stare into the distance listens.

Brightened up an already bright spring morning, especially when I spat tea out of my nose at:

My one none negotiable for a Sunday, finally caught up, absorbed and digested. My biggest and most naive takeaway was that it is recorded on a Saturday. For some reason I always pictured Alex and Naomi in their dressing gowns, bed hair and steaming coffees, first thing on a Sunday morning. 🤦‍♂️

Can we discuss ways of detaching ourselves from the US corps?

I switched from Audible to Kobo yesterday. I'm not sure it's as good but it's morally far superior

What about search engines? Software? Other aspects of our lives?

👋👋 Since there’s a lot of talk from Trump about how “Europe has not really carried its weight in terms of the money” for Ukraine, let’s just share some facts.

Right from the beginning, *Europe has provided *more* aid to Ukraine than the United States*
