This would be on the lower side of my Specials ranking. Not too low. But not top half. Whereas Last Christmas would be really quite high on my ranking. I say this not in a YOU'RE WRONG way but in a ISN'T THAT GREAT way.

I said Planet of Giants could be a hybrid of the novelisation and the audio so we got all the content of all four eps. (Long before there was any talk of a reading of that novel.)

Davy and I always thought there should be Linked Soundtracks for things like Kinda and Frontios. The time codes not being an issue and hopefully the sound could be made uniform.

I'd have liked that too. (I'm not a Vervoids fan - though it totally made sense to do that one.)
I doubt I'll ever watch the TV versions of S23&24 again. I'll do the extendeds each time. Other than Happiness Patrol, I'll stick to TV versions for S25.

Maybe they should have done the longer edits for all four plus this Happiness SE. As a *Special* Edition. Rather than making all four 'special'.

I'm making my way through Timeslip for the first time. Am very surprised to see that John Barron is giving EXACTLY the same performance as he does in Whoops Apocalypse. It is, I feel, better suited to Whoops Apocalypse.
