Haven't seen much weight lifting fams posting, how's y'all's lifting go?
I'm very new and doing the stronglift 5x5 thing, today's squat was 165 lbs but slowly getting there.
Overhead lift is super though for me, stuck at 80 lbs since last few trainings.

i don’t think the community labeling approach has been tried, with the composability suggested here. if you want a place where the main moderation action is server-level bans taken by mods, you are free to join or run your own mastodon server now.
