people are so credulous it's insane. obviously covid doesn't increase your chance of having a mental disorder (whatever that means) by 40%, because basically everyone has gotten covid now and suicide rates have not jumped significantly.

I think it's a good policy when you make a drive-by PR to run your fork of that thing until your change gets merged+released. both for testing purposes and so you're not beholden to their code review/release process. if they reject it well... fuck everyone else but I got mine.
