For those who don’t know, this is the go to guy for psephology in Australia as the nation goes to the polls.
A second poll for the day from DemosAU has a collective result for Bonner, Dickson, Forde, Longman and Petrie: ALP 27 (-3.2), LNP 40 (-1), Greens 13 (+1.4), One Nation 7 (+0.5), Trumpet of Patriots 2 (-3). TPP: LNP 53 (-0.4), ALP 47 (+0.4).

The ‘X factor’ playing out in Dutton’s own Brisbane seat
New polling suggests the Coalition is fending off a push by Labor to target its seats in outer suburban Brisbane, including the electorate of Dickson.

I may be alone on this but I reckon the first party to ban corflutes and other signage will romp in. Also have HTVs from all parties on a table inside polling area with QR codes also available linking to different parties. Voters pick they one they want, if they want one. No more handing out.

Seems to a non-expert like me that there is a tremendous opportunity for a clever country with long-term vision to fill the void being left by the USA's desertion of the research field.

Remember this when Trump stands alongside Vlad.
And these are the mass graves, in a forest outside Izium, where occupying Russian forces dumped the bodies of the civilians they murdered.

445 bodies were retrieved by the Ukrainian troops who liberated Izium.

To witness this scene, in a European country in 2025, shook me to my core.

There are a lot of (mostly men, actually mostly white men) who never take an interest in football or women's sport who are now experts on who should or shouldn't captain a women's football team.

Questions Peter Dutton should answer: Which aspects of Donald Trump's actions do you admire - targeting trans people, threats to Canada, Greenland and Gaza, shutdown of all overseas aid, ending of funding for for medical and scientific research, the reversal of all renewable energy initiatives?

In the UK a particular book, promoted on here, is on sale at Amazon for 99p. In Australia the same book is $17.99 or 8.98 sterling. This is for the Kindle version. What an absolute rort.

Superficially at least it seems to me the Venn Diagram of people who let Trump off the hook every single time and those now bagging Biden for pardoning his son is an exact circle.
