The President is defying that order.
The judicial branch does not enforce rulings.
The executive is supposed to do that.
If the executive does not, the remaining constitutional remedy is for the legislative branch to take action.
Congress must tell the president to obey SCOTUS or else face impeachment.
Do your job please.
No one is safe if a president is permitted to defy scotus and to remove people to a foreign prison with no due process.
