I love this because it's a twofer. Not only will it (hopefully) help with the housing shortage, but it could encourage remote work. There might be a little less pressure to "return to the office" if things are a little less apocalyptic for commercial real estate owners.

"Biopic". I always pronounced it "bi-opic"; it's supposed to be "bio-pic" (i.e., "biographical pic").
