I enjoyed "Our Flag Means Death" but I think a better idea would be a ship of women and queer people that become pirates on the Pacific to escape patriarchy. A "found family" story encountering strange religions, high weirdness, queerness, etc. If I knew how to write, I would write this series.

So when I see things on my Discover feed that I do not want, (for example, sports), I click on the poster and mute them.
However, I think something in the algorithm makes it think that me clicking on a post about sports indicates that I was interested in sports, which makes me get more. Ugh!

I'm just finding out that parts of Canada have 24 hour dhaba-style truck stops with vegetarian food (There are apparently a lot of Sikh truck drivers.) and people are bothered by this???
