Climate justice professor? Know anything about semi supply chains or Moore's law? Token use for AI doubles every 2 months according to Google, but Semi supply chains double every 3 year. Where's the bubble if demand outstrip supply?

2018 Beto lost to Cruz by like 210k votes. The Democrat Committee didnt do shit and could have flipped that seat.

The problem with throwing Democrats in Texas under the bus, is that the Democratic party has basically left the party in the state left out to dry. Almost no support at all to Democrat candidates. None. They spent like $7 per voter in Texas vs liek $50 per voter in the 2023 Georgia senate races.

important to note that the "posts a lot" thresholds are obviously way too low and unnecessarily judgmental, don't use those.

Bluesky has wonderful moderator tools that allow you to block accounts and mute words. Cannot stress for your mental health how good it is to block/mute these people.

Ercot says by 2029 (so like 3 years) Texas has queued up 177GW of battery storage, 161GW of solar and 41GW of wind that should be added to its grid.
November 5, 2025 at 1:12 PM
I think a nuclear plant adds like 500MW to the grid.
November 5, 2025 at 12:49 PM
China is putting down like 2GW of solar a day! Would love for the US for do a similar initiative.
November 5, 2025 at 12:33 PM
7 years! Lets talk about 4 years in Texas. In 2021 Texas Solar was contributing about 3% to its grid. 4 years later (yesterday) for 9 hours it was 40% of the grid capacity. Plus charged its battery storage and was at peak giving off 8.6% of the grids capacity. Nuclear is a waste of time and $$$

Texas getting 78% of its energy at times from solar, Wind and Nuclear. For large chunks of the day.
November 4, 2025 at 11:02 PM
Yesterday for most of the day, 50% of Texas power was solar (with wind kicking in another 15-20% and 7% from Nuclear). That number was essentially zero in 2021.

New Jersey Democrats absolutely CLOBBERED New Jersey Republicans in early in-person voting yesterday, with team blue casting 16,000 more ballots than team red.

The Representative is just prejudice and we can say that without throwing mud at different states diversity.
November 2, 2025 at 5:45 PM
I mean Texas has a majority Latino population at around 40%. 12% Black, 6% Asian. So lets not act like Texas isnt a diverse state. Also Houston is the home to the US's second largest Vietnamese population (only behind LA).
