Ercot says by 2029 (so like 3 years) Texas has queued up 177GW of battery storage, 161GW of solar and 41GW of wind that should be added to its grid.
November 5, 2025 at 1:12 PM
7 years! Lets talk about 4 years in Texas. In 2021 Texas Solar was contributing about 3% to its grid. 4 years later (yesterday) for 9 hours it was 40% of the grid capacity. Plus charged its battery storage and was at peak giving off 8.6% of the grids capacity. Nuclear is a waste of time and $$$

Texas getting 78% of its energy at times from solar, Wind and Nuclear. For large chunks of the day.
November 4, 2025 at 11:02 PM
Yesterday for most of the day, 50% of Texas power was solar (with wind kicking in another 15-20% and 7% from Nuclear). That number was essentially zero in 2021.

Here's chatgpt. Both are accurate. Either your prompts are wrong or you are purposely being deceiving. Either way you earned an unfollow.

Feel free to Google Moore's law though if you dont belive me. Semis double every 18-24 months (its actually really 36 months now) while demand for AI servers tokens is doubling every 2 months.

AI datacenters are currently 100% utilized and if you doubled capacity next you it would still be 100% utilized. Google said in September that token demand is doubling every 2 months. For a Bubble you need massive over supple. So demand is increasing a a rapid pace. But what about supply?
October 31, 2025 at 10:34 AM
Pump and dump at this point. Currently 65% of Texas energy coming from Solar, Wind, Nuclear. The queue by 2029 also includes significant solar (162 GW), wind (41 GW), battery (173 GW).

40% of the wage gap created during the previous 40 years was erased. Unfortunately this year that gap is back to widening.

Thank you for bringing attention to this and everyone should lnow that Texas right now has queued up another 163 GW of solar to be built by 2029. I do with there was a way to incorporate battery storage into this chart though as they are solely charged by solar during the day and deployed at night

Hilarious. Let me introduce you to 2016. Its about 9 years late.
October 24, 2025 at 2:50 PM
Not you too. You have to understand supply demand dynamics. Google says token usage is doubling every 2 months (demand) yet semiconductor typically double ever two years (Moore's Law), which is not true as supply takes more like 3-4 years now. If you think its a bubble you dont know the history.
October 23, 2025 at 8:20 PM
4% of Dark Fiber was being utilized during the internet bubble. Right now 100% of AI servers are being utilized and if you doubled capacity it would still be 100% utilized. Google says its token usage is doubling every 2 months but Moore's law says semiconductor supply doubles every 18-24 months.

Hey David as a report maybe do some work finding out if it is actually a bubble first. Like if demand for tokens is doubling every 2 months, can the semiconductor supply chain keep up (hint: it cannot).
October 17, 2025 at 5:29 PM
As an economic professor, I thought you would better understand the supply demand dynamics of AI, which is demand is doubling every 2 months. While supply cannot keep up. Semiconductors cannot double capacity at this rate. How can supply constraints lead to a bubble?

Texas batteries setting a record yesterday for deployment.

I brought up SAIA for you. A large trucking company. Their margins are already paper thin at 10%.
