In other words, when the senior leadership team isn’t aligned (cohesion), when they aren’t sincerely on board (support), and when they don't see sufficient future in why they are together (commitment), change initiatives become hugely vulnerable. The sorts of structural defects Alastair points to.

Thanks for sharing @rhappe.bsky.social … Just thinking out loud here: what if I say that a community consists of various networks. The fewer networks a community has, the more coherent the community is and with that the healthier it is.
