• solve only 1 problem
• 1-2 weeks from idea to submission (complexity + life pending)
• build it in public
• $0 monthly upkeep (when possible)
• add paid-features only after significant user interest
• tiktok ugc + ai marketing

I’ve been building apps with a few friends for 15 years now (both web + mobile).
we’ve had mediocre successes, a slew of failures, and an endless list of half-made scrapped projects.
(no regrets!) we have fun with the process and learn an incredible amount. but..
