It’s fascinating to hear the silence when I’m in group discussions about social and political issues and say “well, really it’s white men that have caused the most damage / most problems..” Yes. I said it. Everyone knows I’m right. More people need to say it too.

I don’t even know what to say about the silencing of voices about Gaza by Higher Ed. Basically Higher Ed in this country is saying - We support genocide. Every day the headlines in the Chronicle make me wonder where our humanity is.. it’s certainly not in Higher Ed admin.

New boss is a totally good guy. Glad I FINALLY got a good one. He’s 14 years younger than me though, so I’ve taken to referring to him as “little baby boss dude” and it just makes me laugh every time I say it. He did laugh when I told him about this. 😂
