It is hard to express, without resorting to expletives, how utterly stupid it is to suggest that the United States, world's richest economy with a population of 334 million, should have a bilateral trade balance of zero (no trade surplus, no trade deficit) with every country in the world.
I want to note again how completely insane you have to be for your goal to be a “bilateral trade balance of zero” with every country. Just nutso.

This journalist is the only serious person that was invited to the chat - does not reveal details that could harm (name of active CIA agent in chat, military secrets etc). When the White House already confirmed it’s true and you have all the receipts, but their spin is inevitable.
