Hands Off! was the biggest day of civic protest in years.

We want next Saturday to be even bigger — with more people in more places driving even more defiance of Trump’s fascist agenda on No Kings Day.

Elon Musk and DOGE’s Savings May Be Erased by New Costs
An expert on the federal work force estimates that the speed and chaos of Mr. Musk’s cuts to the bureaucracy will cost taxpayers $135 billion this fiscal year.

Elon soecifically, quite publicly, called for a full boycott of The View TV show less than a month ago.

Glad he has encouraged the public to exercise our individual voices effectively. I choose to use mine to refuse to feather his billionaire nest, thank you.
Good morning and Happy Wednesday to everyone who agrees that if it isn't "illegal" for MAGA to boycott Bud Light, Target, Starbucks and more because of the 1st Amendment, it sure as hell ain't illegal for us to boycott Elon's shitty Tesla.

FUCK ELON.

Mr. Trump, evidently out of control with gleeful destruction, is now decimating suicide and substance use treatment programs he himself boosted in his first term. Evidence shows these are lethal cuts - but oh what fun!! www.facebook.com/share/1AJg5V...

Do your jobs!
Listen to your voters, and be responsive.

We, and history, are watching, and will not ve ignored!
Hiding from the public sounds like a solid plan moving forward 🙄

Just "Wow."

It is scary to be exposed to beliefs (e.g. Trump and RFK have betrayed them to kowtow to the Jews) held and expressed by some of these anti-vax fanatics who are, after all, among us!

Then show us all the evidence, Speaker Johnson.

What would be the point of claiming there is massive waste and fraud in Social Security without sharing the evidence with all of us?

How much $ has actually been spent/wasted through checks cashed by fraudulent claims for 150 y.o. recipients?!

Good trouble. Ask for that from your Member of Congress.
The idea that a political party must do more dramatic things in response to defeat is not new to the social media age. New bio of John Lewis describes his approach to Newt Gingrich et al taking the House in 1994.

Lewis applied Civil Rights era lessons and a willingness to burst norms to hurt Newt.

Ultimately, what happens to our country will come down to our own courage and resolve: To engage in peaceful protest. To organize and mobilize others. To work against hate and bigotry. To fight for justice and democracy.
I am heartened by these words:

"Tyranny cannot prevail over people who refuse to succumb to it."

Boycotts are taking hold. Protests are on the rise. Federal courts are hitting back. People are starting to fight back.

This is great executive leadership. Gov. Moore rocks!
We cannot control the actions of the White House.

But we can control how we respond.

Yesterday, we took additional actions to protect our public servants, our communities, and our economy.
