After turning off notifications for most applications on my phone, I also started removing many of them. I instantly have spent significantly less time on my phone and that time back has been easily devoted to many things I've never had time to do, like reading. It's wild how much time I've wasted.

Found this sweet boy hanging around our house. He's uneutered, and was kinda beat up. We've been feeding him for a few days and he's always starving, so today I scooped him up and brought him inside. If he has a chip, we'll get him back to his owners, but otherwise we're keeping him.

I'm spending my afternoon listening to music made by tracking the electrical impulses of funghi. It's an oddly relaxing endeavor, especially against the noise of the desparingly bleak headlines chiming nigh constantly on my phone.
