• Sound Transit Express bus fare will be lowered by a quarter to $3, same as Link light rail.
• The price of an adult ORCA regional day pass will drop from $8 to $6, valid for fares up to $3. Reduced fare day pass will be just $2.

In my book I don't care how many miles of rail a transit system has. What I want to know is how good the local bus system is? The humble bus is the real workhorse of transit. Going places rail will never go and unlocking access for so many people. Let's get the basics right.
