The cynic in would say @LloydsPharmacy @MFTnhs really don't want to hear feedback. Another day another 2 hours wait for medication. In that time I can see a consultant and have my bloods done with time to spare. @MFT_MRI 12 years and still awful. The #nhs is broken.
