Bluesky makes me feel younger, because it reminds me of going to a huge party where I immediately meet like 40 people, remember none of their names, and then just end up mainly hanging out with 2 or 3 people I recognize from a different thing.

Hey guys, if tariffs are supposed to replace taxes as our way of funding the government, but tariffs are ALSO supposed to make sure manufacturers stay in the US, what happens when that part works and manufacturers stay in the US and we don't collect much in tariffs anymore? Did he think of that?

One political belief I have is that there should be like 10,000 people in the House of Representatives so everyone can know their own rep and yell at their own rep and so none of them are national figures vying for cable news gigs
