I did more digging. You are right. Arizona Rep Adelita Grijalva is a U.S. Representative for Arizona's 7th Congressional District, which is a federal office. Aftyn is running for Tennessee District 7 Rep, which serves in the Tennessee House of Representatives … a state legislative office.

Vote for Aftyn Behn, if you are in TN United States House of Representatives District 7. The special general election will be held December 2. Early voting for the special general election begins Wednesday, November 12, and ends Wednesday, November 26.

The Republican Party has relinquished their responsibility to govern by the rules and traditions of governance. They have proven they are in dutiful lockstep with Trump and his lawlessness, and are using every tactic and distraction to delay and block the Epstein Files release.

If the AZ Rep is the current tie-breaker, then a Van Epps win evens things up. An Aftyn win suddenly gives the Democrats a 2 person vote advantage.
