There was recent discussion about why it makes sense for Richfield to join either Minneapolis or Bloomington (Bloomington makes more sense for the suburban culture), but city council and mayor were quick to shut it down

Plan had been June or July, and that has clearly not happened yet! Let's hope its soon!
