City Council unanimously passed an emergency ordinance prohibiting ICE and CBP from using city-owned parking lots, garages, parks and vacant lots for staging AND ratified Richfield’s decision to join an amicus brief supporting limits on unconstitutional federal immigration enforcement in Minnesota.
