I haven’t, but happy to take a look. I was planning to see how good the manufacturer’s control system is, then see if I need anything extra. What’s the main advantage of Homely and is it costly?

Enjoyed reading your post on LinkedIn. Our ASHP installation started today after much research and planning. Will be open loop, 35oC design temp, weather compensation and all new emitters (UFH & rads). Hoping we’ve got the design right!

I find it’s more on an issue with gig economy delivery riders in dense urban areas. Can only make money by racing to deliver the next order. Much less so with other cyclists.

Probably referring to bikes with illegal conversion kits. So, not a pedal bike but an unlicensed and uninsured e-motorbike which can travel at 25 - 30 mph. Tackle those absolutely, but not pedal and legal e-bike cyclists. 🙂

Looks like latest Greenwich car ownership data is from 2023. Proves that by doing nothing on transportation and building more homes, car ownership increases. Now Greenwich Council are finally starting to act, we may see the trend stabilise and/or start to reduce over coming years.

Might be on the council’s social channels first, but as they don’t post on this platform, you’ll probably be the first on here!

Did they block many people from the council Twitter account?

Rather spend time planning our eco retrofit. Our gas meter was removed about 10 days ago 🙂

Surprised you even still post there. Left that toxic place some time ago.

Not as rare as you might thing. Recently discovered we’ve got an old lead water main supplying our 1930 house so getting a new plastic pipe installed. It’s difficult to know as the supply pipe is underground.
