Does going climbing outdoors count as "playing outside" still?

Though yes I don't actually remember the last time I played outside as a child. Life just morphed and interests changed. I guess leaving home for my first job would be it.

A1C is normal though, so room to experiment with more brown bread / rice.

I'd been trying to stick to the carb rules by increasing protein, but apparently that can't be absorbed very well so ends up being converted to fat. So you end up under-fuelled and gaining fat at the same time.

It all seems very complex.

I've been told I need to be eating enough carbohydrate to provide fuel for the exercise level I'm doing. I think the doctor noted the 100g/day regime I'd been put on and that I was recording 3 or 4 weekly runs covering 10+km in under an hour, plus climbing, cycling and gym.

Can you be sure that the charger will not be accidentally set to run above the limit you want? You say it's variable, but how is it varied? By user control?

A real issue given that AI can be made biased. If it becomes trusted then who knows what people can be made to believe.

Colourful dungarees, though I don't think I'd get away with them so don't try.

I've ordered some Rohan summer walking trousers in their sale. Green with black patches on wear areas. Sale clothing does mean less conventional colours that presumably didn't sell so well.

Sounds like you need them to get back to you

YouTube actively routes around firewalls and falls back to other protocols.

Screaming Americans have infected past trusted platforms like Spotify.

What was previously communication only, Snapchat, has videos too.

All designed to hook users into more time online.

Apparently 13A mains cable (a good goto for speakers) is 100pF/m. Inductance and characteristic impedance are harder to find.

Still, 200pF at 20kHz is about. 40j kohms

My wife may also enjoy it. It's tempting to buy it for her.

I assume if I buy a few days and print it within that time the print is forever.

I remember the bikes, making noises with the spokes, and the yellow electronic horn thing.

Reminds me of a scene from a Star Trek film
two men are standing next to each other and one of them is saying `` hello , computer ? '' .
