This was a 40 second photo using the Astrotracer III mode in my Pentax K1-ii camera, where it tilts the image sensor to track the stars. It is a very cool feature.

I mean, surely I've misunderstood, but that is what it sounds like. Hard to believe any serious politician with an ounce of humanity would put forward a proposal like this.
